Catastrophe In California: Gay Newspaper Reports That Governor Schwarzenegger Appointed Lesbian To State Supreme Court
(JHR) The Gay and Lesbian Times, the leading homosexual newspaper in Southern California, is reporting, via one of its weekly columnists, that Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger's recent appointment of Carole Corrigan to the California Supreme Court was a set up to ensure the passage of gay marriage by the state's highest court ( http://www.gaylesbiantimes.com/?id=6539). The columnist, Robert DeKoven, a Legal Writing Professor at the California Western School of Law ( www.cwsl.edu/main/default.asp?nav=faculty.asp&header=faculty.gif&body=dekoven/home.asp), is reporting that Corrigan is a lesbian who will shift the court in favor of passage of same-sex marriage. DeKoven, who has written his legal column for the Gay and Lesbian Times for several years, as well as the San Diego Union Tribune and the Los Angeles Daily Journal, stated in his January 5, 2006 column: "Just before the holidays, Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger appointed Carole Corrigan to the California Supreme Court. While completely ignored by the GLBT media, Corrigan is (perhaps) the first lesbian appointed to the California Supreme Court. As the Los Angeles Times reported, she lives in Oakland with her live-in girlfriend (You do the math). She served as a prosecutor in Oakland and was a registered Democrat, but changed her registration to Republican after being appointed to the bench. "And lastly, the Schwarzenegger nominated Corrigan, a moderate and a lesbian, to the California Supreme Court. He considered three other conservative judges to replace hard-core conservative Janice Rogers Brown, the first African-American woman on the court. But in the end, he appointed a moderate lesbian to the court." With hammers in hand, Governor Schwarzenegger and his radical, leftist Democratic wife, Maria Shriver, are rapidly pounding in the final nails in the coffin for traditional family values in California. Preceding the governor's recent appointment of radical lesbian and pro-abortion Democrat Susan Kennedy to be his chief of staff, Maria Shriver appointed another homosexual Democrat, Dan Zignale, to be her chief of staff. In one of the most treacherous political moves in recent political history, Schwarzenegger vetoed AB849, the Democratic bill to legalize gay marriage, only to appoint a lesbian to the highest court, to ensure that same-sex marriage is legalized, via judicial activism rather than directly by his own signature. Schwarzenegger has stated that he believes the courts should decide the fate of marriage rather than the legislature. Corrigan's appointment is Schwarenegger's unholy plot to see that the court favors homosexuality rather than the will of the vast majority of Californians. Kennedy and Corrigan are not the only high ranking liberal activists that Schwarzenegger has appointed to further the radical gay agenda in California. In fact, the terminator is terminating conservative family values throughout the state. Two members of the gay activist organization, Log Cabin Republicans, were appointed to top governmental positions last month by Schwarzenegger ( http://blogcabinca.org/2005/12/23/schwarzenegger-appoints-to-log-cabin-members). Log Cabin Republicans are devoted to infiltrating the Republican Party and spreading extremist, anti-christian, pro-homosexual propaganda. Siding with the radical gay marriage crowd, Schwarzenegger appointed homosexual Tod Burnett of Sacramento as vice chancellor of California Community Colleges. The position pays $108,644 per year. Also appointed by Schwarzenegger is homosexual Gregory Gandrud to the State Recreational Trails Committee, a salary-free position. According to the blog MattHillnc.com ( http://matthillnc.blogspot.com/2005/12/schwarzeneger-appoints-two-log-cabin.html) gay activist Burnett has been working for Governor Schwarzenegger since 2003 as his deputy appointments secretary. In a recent poll, only 38% of California Republicans are now supporting the pro-homosexual Schwarzenegger. That has not stopped anti-christian party Vice-Chairman Ron Nehring from his continued marketing of the governor for reelection. Mike Spence, President of the California Republican Assembly, a leading conservative element of the state GOP, writes in his daily blog ( www.californiarepublicanassembly.com/blog.htm): "Ron Nehring, the current Vice-Chairman of the State GOP has put forth a proposal that would retain the Schwarzenegger endorsement for Governor coupled with an endorsement of Tom McClintock for Lt. Governor."
Nehring, an extremely aggressive pro-homosexual chairman of the San Diego County Republican Party, is now attempting to parasite the popularity of the Conservative pro-christian McClintock, by attaching McClintock's name with the failing immoral juggernaut of Schwarzenegger to manipulate conservatives back into the governor's reelection camp. This Nehring scam is just the latest in a long string of attempts by the liberal Nehring to promote the interests of the gay agenda within the Republican Party. Extreme pro-homosexual moves in recent times by Nehring have included his promotion of pro-gay and pro-abortion candidates for San Diego Mayor, Steve Francis and Jerry Sanders, as well as sending in his staffers to meet with members of the San Diego Log Cabin Republicans. At that meeting Michael McSweeney, a San Diego Republican Party official who filled in for Nehring, who was away on a trip to the Middle East at the time, promised the attending gay activists that the party would help promote their homosexual interests in the future( http://www.gaylesbiantimes.com/?id=4714&issue=901).
